Complete the steps on this page to let us know that you are ready to connect your clinic or organization to the Ocean Platform

Step 1
Sign up for an Ocean Account
To get started, you must first sign up for a free Ocean account. Follow the link below to create your account and be sure to check your email to verify your account. If you already have an account, you can skip this step.
Step 2
Create your Ocean site
Once you have your Ocean user account created, follow the instructions in the email you received to create your own Ocean Site. If you already have an Ocean Site, you can skip this step.
Step 3
Complete your Ocean request form
After selecting your EMR and completing the associated form, an Ocean team member will reach out within two business days to confirm receipt and provide next steps. See you soon! Please note: You will need your Ocean Site Number to complete this step, so be sure to first complete steps 1 and 2.
