We would like to extend our sincere congratulations to our Customer Success Associate, Ingrid Cheung, as she begins the University of Toronto’s Doctor of Medicine program. While we will all miss her smiling face here in the office, we are also thrilled to see Ingrid fulfill her lifelong dream of becoming a doctor.
Ingrid has been an integral member of the support team during our latest stage of growth. From long phone calls to onsite visits, Ingrid’s mandate for client success was nothing short of amazing. Anyone in the office could say the name of a clinic and she’d be able to recall their location, the clinic contact, and why they needed help – a testament of her dedication to CognisantMD and the Ocean community!
