Nick Businger is a Toronto-based lawyer and principal of Businger Law. Prior to starting his own legal practice, Nick spent over six years at a leading national law firm and served as in-house counsel at two major financial services companies. His experience includes advising on contractual negotiations, corporate governance, reorganizations, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, privacy law and commercial disputes. Before becoming a lawyer, Nick worked as a software developer for multinational technology companies as well as in the start-up sector.
Nick graduated with distinction from the software engineering program at the University of Waterloo in 2006 and received his juris doctorate from the University of Toronto in 2011.
