    In order to support self-check-in with a built-in magnetic card reader, the Check-In Kiosk requires a peripheral package and supported tablet model. The peripheral package is an additional cost and includes:

  • Magtek Card Reader
  • Power Adapter
  • Extended Micro USB to USB charge cable (required for floor stand model)

    Note: CognisantMD can not support untested hardware from third-party vendors and therefore, cannot guarantee that kiosk card swiping and reading will work without an approved peripheral package from CognisantMD or Bluebird IT.

    *Please note that Kiosk stands do not ship until the order is confirmed and payment is received. Kiosk stands may only be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchased, undamaged and in the original box. Kiosk returns are subject to a restocking fee of $150.00. Please speak to your Bluebird IT representative to confirm the appropriate tablet for your kiosk hardware before purchasing.
